Author: Adams, D.
Title: Life, the Universe and Everything
Date: 1982 New York
Publisher: Pocket Books
The third of five books in the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy trilogy. For run-of-the-mill British humor, Douglas Adams outdoes most in appealing to the inquiring but slightly eccentric mind. The reality he creates revolves around a notion that everything and every event in the Universe are tightly interrelated. The action of his novels pleasantly stretches this remotely defensible point ad absurdum.
