29 Feb anxiety
A mental state motivated by fear. There appears to be a biological component of anxiety. The National Institutes of Health have identified serotonin transporter in this context. There are natural variations in transporter molecules from one person to another. Those who make more of the molecule tend to be less anxious. Those who make less tend to be more anxious. Serotonin probably constitutes only a small component of the biological basis of anxiety.
