Robbins also wrote Time and Memory: A Primer on the Scientific Mysticism of Consciousness, and expanded parts of it into this full length study. The focal point is the “Singularity”, a point in the progress of Artificial intelligence capability evolution in which machines meet or exceed human intelligence. While my goals of computers being able to read people’s minds is much more modest, Robbins’ observations are insightful and useful.
